Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Taking visitor's entries and maintaining their data.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Handle administrative tasks daily to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
- Manage the Housekeeping department and ensure the workplace is clean at all times.
- Prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Fresher, experienced, or the best candidate who fits the role is welcome.
